CEO of SereniGy Meets with Colombian President |
Press Release | 8/15/2012 Pereira, Colombia August 14, 2012 -- Mr. Jay Noland, Founder and CEO of SereniGy Global, Inc., personally met with the President of Colombia, Mr. Juan Manuel Santos, during his recent visit to that country. During their meeting, they discussed economic development in Colombia and how the SereniGy business model would be an asset to the country and its citizens.Mr. Santos was recently listed as one of Time magazine’s “100 Most Influential People in the World” for 2012. Shakira, the singer and philanthropist who grew up in Colombia, wrote the Time magazine biographical sketch on Mr. Santos. In it, she notes how he is committed in his fight against poverty and inequality. Mr. Noland looks forward to partnering with the President and other leading politicians in their efforts by bringing the SereniGy independent distributor opportunity to the people of Colombia. SereniGy Global, Inc. is a direct sales organization offering a line of gourmet coffees, teas and nutritional supplements infused with the Ganoderma herb, which has been associated with health, wellness, vitality, and longevity. Founded on the principle of integrity by Mr. Noland, a former professional baseball player and direct marketing industry icon, the company has expanded rapidly from its original U.S. and Canadian base. It now has independent distributor networks in South America, Europe, Asia and Africa, and has international product warehouses in London, Mexico, Honduras, Hong Kong, South Africa and Colombia, with others opening soon. Mr. Noland selected Colombia as the destination for his first international visit due to the overwhelming support of the expanding distributor base there. While in the country, he visited the cities of Bogota, Cali and Pereira, where he educated standing room only crowds about the company’s products and business opportunity. He also engaged in one-on-one strategy meetings with key leaders of distribution teams, and had the opportunity to meet with the Mayor of Pereira, Mr. Enrique Vasquez, and many other local political and business leaders. “We are honored to be so well received by one of the leading coffee producing countries in the world,” Mr. Noland commented. “We look forward to supporting our Colombian Distributors as well as our other South and Central American friends in Mexico, Chile, Ecuador, Honduras and beyond.” To that end, Mr. Noland and company product formulator, CLO & Vice President of Product R&D, Dr. Kent Bartell, will be returning to Colombia later this month, and additional South and Central American visits are planned in the near future. SereniGy Global, Inc. has become fully immersed in the Spanish-speaking market, providing full support to its growing Latino distributor network through a Spanish web site, training tools, product labeling, daily conference calls and customer support. A special three-day conference entirely in Spanish is slated for September 7-9 in Los Angeles, California (USA). This “SereniGy Edificando Diamantes Latinos” event will feature Mr. Noland and other members of the SereniGy executive team, as well as JC Rangel, Jonathan Mendoza, Juan Carlos Ordonez and other Latino leaders. |
