Lightyear Alliance Adds to Their Compensation Plan |

We sat down with Lightyear Alliance Vice President, Mr. Ben Sturtevant to discuss these new enhancements. According to Mr. Sturtevant, "these changes put an already amazing company at a completely different playing field in the MLM industry." The most exciting change to the compensation plan (according to the Lightyear Alliance distributors) is the addition of more residual income to the 8-level commission structure. Before April 1st Lightyear paid a 1% commission on all levels - still far more than most companies pay in this sector of the Network Marketing industry. The company has just announced that a Lightyear Alliance representative can now earn up to 4% on all 8 levels. We asked Mr. Sturtevant to explain to us why this announcement is so exciting. Here's what he had to say... "What most people in this industry don't understand is that 95% of Network Marketers don't work hard enough or consistently enough to build a large organization. I'm the first person to tell people that, because there's no point to hype people into this business. What's unfortunate is that most of the companies out there today pay a very small commission (perhaps .0025% - that's one-quarter of one percent) over the first 5, 6, or 7 levels of their pay plan, then they put a bigger percentage (perhaps 5% or 7%) down on the 7th or 8th level. They do this because they're counting on the failure statistics of Network Marketing - so they - the company can make the most money. They know full-well that the average person will never build an organization of any size down on those levels, they're counting on it. With Lightyear Alliance, it's a fair and substantial residual payout on all the 8 levels. That means it doesn't matter where you build a bulk of your organization - you're going to be compensated reasonably. |
