Univera Expands Operations to Canada

The Vancouver B.C. location will be used by Univera’s Canadian associates to conduct business and introduce prospects to Univera’s products and business opportunities. Referred to as “The HUB” (Heart of Univera Business, Canada), the space includes private meeting spaces, a lounge area, training room for events and presentations. The office is located at 479 West 16th Avenue Vancouver BC Canada V5Y 1Z2.

In recognition, the company recently hosted the grand opening of the new location. The invitation-only event was attended by Bill Lee, Univera Chairman; Tom Zimmer, Univera President and CEO; Ralph Bietz, Univera Chief Global Operations Officer; Stephen Cherniske, Univera Chief Scientific Officer; and Canadian Diamond Leaders. The event included speeches by Bill Lee, Tom Zimmer, and Ralph Beitz, and concluded with a ribbon cutting ceremony, upon which the key to the office was presented to Canadian Diamond Associate, Angelyn Toth.

“We are pleased to offer our Canadian associates this new office location to aid their sales and business development efforts,” said Bill Lee.

He is recognized as a highly skilled general manager with exceptionally strong motivational skills.”

During his career, Zimmer has accumulated a successful track record in solving complex business issues with results-oriented strategies, financial acumen, and passionate leadership. He has held positions as President, Chief Operations Officer, and Senior Vice President & Managing Director for several companies within the direct selling industry including Herbalife, Avon, and Discovery Toys. He also held an executive level position with Bloomingdales. Zimmer is a graduate of Queens College of the City University of New York, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree.
